Mike has a talent for analyzing real estate data & assisting clients in purchasing DSTs. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics and a minor in Economics from Cal Poly University where he was number one in his class. He then studied at the University of California at Berkeley and received a Masters of Statistics Degree. After graduating from Berkeley he was hired by Wells Fargo where he analyzed, and reported on the financial profitability of Wells Fargo’s $2.1B Commercial Real Estate loan portfolio. Since 2017 Mike has been focused on analyzing investment real estate opportunities all around the United States for his clients. One of his many areas of expertise is working with investors to find their ideal 1031 replacement properties whether that is syndicated or traditional real estate. The combination of Mike’s analytical skills and 1031 real estate expertise make him a valuable asset.
