Many long-term rental property owners have grown tired of directly managing their investment real estate. They have reached an age where they no longer wish to be burdened by the “terrible T’s” (toilets, tenants, termites). Fractional commercial real estate requires zero management on behalf of the investor. The offerings are managed either directly by the sponsor or more commonly by a 3rd party management company carefully selected by the sponsor.
