Zack Brough is the CEO and President of 1031 Investment Strategies, LLC. He is an investment advisor and registered representative and holds a Series 22, 63, and 65 Securities license. Additionally, he holds a California State real estate sales license with Premier Realty Associates.
Zack began his real estate career in 1996 as a multifamily broker in San Francisco. The broker/principal at his firm was one of the few real estate syndicators at this time structuring larger acquisitions for 1031 investors. In 2002, when the IRS officially approved this ownership structure Zack already had a strong understanding of the risks, benefits and challenges of syndicating real estate for 1031. Since then he has sold over $200 million in Bay Area investment real estate and raised approximately $100 million for various types of ownership structures and asset classes in growth markets across the U.S.
